can you urgently deliver 2 packages with reference code EF9916165993JP and EF991616616JP.Since the packages contain only official document and no goods, there is no invoice.It is blocked for 'invoice missing'. I need the document to get entry into Japan (since JN immigration require this document).I explained this in BPOST tracking (I added a statement) , called the BPOST customer service to explain all this , I only recieved a mail form 'import@bpost.be BUT I need to get these documents urgently to board the flights to Japan

My mail (2 little wallets) is being held in the Bpost European Mail Center. I sent this small package on the 18th of May 2021 from Palm Springs, CA, USA. If you will not deliver this package would it be possible to return this to me? This correspondence was done on 6/19/2021
