Het vlees is afkomstig van raszuivere runderen “Blonde d’Aquitaine” die wij zelf kweken. De dieren grazen in natuurlijke kudden en brengen hun jeugd samen met de moeder door. Iedere dag wordt de nodige zorg besteed aan de voeding van de dieren.
