Klub je osnovan 01.03.2000. kao kung fu klub,a kasnije je u svom programu uvrsti kik boks,kjokuisinkai karate,svebor i realni aikido i prerastao u institut za borilacke vestine i sportove "CRNA KOBRA".Osnovala su ga braca Bojan i Goran Krstic iz Pirota.
